We are seeking to recruit a Manager, reporting to a Director within our client service department to have responsibility for the administration of a client portfolio, including the development and mentoring of the Assistant Manager and more junior team members and providing the highest quality of customer service.

 

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Co-ordination and supervision of Corporate Administration Services and Company Secretarial services of the firm;
  • Coordinating with tax specialists and lawyers as part of structuring and setting up companies;
  • Reviewing financial statements and co-ordination of audits;
  • Support the team in structuring and setting up legal entities;
  • Ensuring the companies comply with statutory requirements, licensing conditions and procedures;
  • Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the business growth of the company;
  • Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities ;

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of working experience in the Global Business Sector;
  • Professional qualification (ACCA / ACA / ICSA) or degree holder;
  • A client service mind-set;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Good written and spoken communications skills in English. French will be an additional advantage;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively;
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Goal-oriented and an organised team player;
  • Strong knowledge of regulations governing the global business sector;
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel;
  • Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through skills;
  • Detail-oriented and conscientious;
  • Past experience in business development will be an advantage;
